Wearing white in the winter can be a little intimidating, especially if you’re a fashion traditionalist that believes you can only wear white between Memorial Day and Labor Day. As much of a rule follower as I am, it was hard for me at first to be comfortable with the thought of wearing white in the fall and winter. But, I’ve been really loving the options it gives me with my winter wardrobe. And, the truth is, I have even more leeway apparently with this rule because I live in a warmer climate! So, I’m sharing today some ways that I’ve styled my white jeans this winter.
This first look is pretty classic, which is why I love it. I paired my white jeans with a basic burgundy turtle neck sweater (mines sold out, but this one is similar!) and riding boots. I really love doing the front tuck, because it helps me not feel so frumpy in sweaters!
For the next look, I wore some black over the knee boots, and a cold shoulder long sleeved tee. I love this look because it’s casual, but a little sassy! I really love the cold shoulder trend… anyone else? This would be a great look for a casual night out.
Next, I put on an ivory cold shoulder sweater (this one is sold out, but here’s a similar one!) I LOVE mixing white with cream and ivory. It’s basically our whole color scheme in our bedroom. I also wore my maroon Hunter boots, because these are a winter staple for me. These boots were absolutely worth the investment. Let me know if you’re interested in a more detailed review of these boots!
For this last look, I threw on an ivory loose tee (seriously the most flattering and comfortable tee… I own it is 3 colors!) and my favorite poncho. Here are some others that I really love from Sole Society and Nordstrom. I’m also wearing my Halogen Warin booties.
Also, here’s is my delicate arrow necklace that I ALWAYS wear!
Hope y’all like these looks and maybe try one out yourself! I’d love to know how you style your white jeans in the winter.
