Hey y’all! I’m super excited to do another post on a versatile dress that you can style a bunch of different ways. This dress is by Socialite at Nordstrom (one of my favorite brands, hands down) and it is super loose and comfortable. Although this exact color is no longer available, there are other colors that are super pretty too… I want them all!! The three-quarter sleeve is also great for that transition into spring and even summer.
Buying pieces that I can wear different ways is SO incredibly important for me, since my budget is not unlimited (but wouldn’t that be AWESOME?!). I really love when I can turn one dress or top into 5 different outfits! It really makes me feel like I’m getting the MOST for my money.
The first look I created by adding a simple choker, felt floppy hat (mine is sold out but this one and this one are similar!), and over the knee boots. One of the reasons I love this dress, is the detail in the front. It gives the dress visual interest, so I don’t feel like I have to go all out with the jewelry. This choker is great because it goes with so many different outfits.
Do I even NEED to talk about the hat? SO. CUTE. Seriously one of my favorite purchases I made over the holidays. It gives any outfit an INSTANT chic-lift. Not to mention when you’re on day 6 of unwashed hair and you’re basically 99% dry shampoo, this hat is a perfect way to hide it! 🙂
These boots are SOOOOO comfortable. They are lined with some sort of silky material, so getting them on and off is a breeze and they feel great while wearing. The heel is the perfect height so your feet won’t get sore if you wear them all day, AND the price can’t be beat at only $99. OTK boots are great because you can pair them with dresses in the winter and you won’t feel like you’re completely bare. I highly recommend getting a pair!
This look I created by just adding a scarf instead of a hat. Blanket scarves are AMAZING because you can wear them wrapped like a regular scarf OR turn it into a kimono-type thing. I love this one from Nordstrom… which unfortunately they don’t have anymore. Things go quick! But, I found a few others that I really like on Jane.com and Sole Society!
My next look was created by adding a black fringe vest (mine is sold out, but this one is similar, black tights, and riding boots. Any black vest will do if you don’t have one like this. I also have a black cargo vest from Jane.com that I love and would look super cute too! I love this look because it’s a great outfit for work with the tights and riding boots. I feel like that makes it a bit more workplace appropriate! 🙂 Here is the link to my Michael Kors watch as well.
JEAN. JACKETS. One of my favorite things to add to an outfit! This one by Kut From the Kloth at Nordstrom has a really nice color to it. I actually got mine in one of my StitchFix orders!
Okay y’all, I hope this helped to give you some ideas to change up your outfits and make the MOST of your wardrobe! Let me know how you liked it!
